No, it doesn't. Usually devices don't have static IP addresses.

thank for your reply. My error, my device is connected to a router that has a sim card and that sim card have a specific IP address, that is the ip address I meant. Any suggestion?

Sentence protocol: NMEA
Communication protocol: TCP/IP

Currently it's not supported, but it should be possible to extend one of the protocols to use IP address as identifier.

Verizon Jetpacks use a Novatel GPS chip and has GPS over Wifi. Business accounts can get static IPs on the Jetpacks and it would be great to have TRACCAR 'Poll' the IP address to get its location since a Jetpack can't send that info on its own.
