You would have to check system logs to see what's going on.
If i had read this:
https://www.traccar.org/troubleshooting/
i wouldnt have asked the question, sorry.
there was only small HEX, so no Accurate GPS was there.
I thought it must be something from client because it was after server was unreachable...
And i didnt find something in logs because it hasnt logged.
But i still not know >WHY< the iphone since then didnt have accurate GPS. Nothing else changed.
And one else question:
Is there a decoder for Osmand HEX, where i can throw it in?
I was talking about iOS logs, not server.
Standard HEX decoder should work for osmand.
I am having the same issue. It would appear only lbs is working, not gps... as we don't have lbs on our mobile network, my positioning is out by about a kilometre
It may have something to do with nowdays being indoor more due to lockdown and hence no line of sight to satellites? I uninstalled and reinstalled the client, but behaviour is the same....
GPS does not work indoors.
The problem still persists. The iOS log says "Positionsupdate". The server log (HexDecoded)
HTTP/1.1 200 OK
content-length: 0
AND:
Position filtered by Accuracy filters from device iphone14b
I set the accuravy Filter to 4000m
Then some blips came through.
When i look in Google or Apple Maps the blue circle is nearly as small as the dot. So the GPS seems to be OK.
And Positionaccuracy is "high"
Even tried with low and middle.
So the problem seems to be GPS Accuracy from the traccar client
On one IphonePro the App doesnt work in Background.
It seems it is since a server breakdown. All Ipad clients working well
Changed every setting.
The log from phone says position updated.
The log from server contains nothing from this phone.
When i open the client its instantly working.
Every background thing are allowed.
Any idea?
Tried everything without reinstall.
