Error 1503
I Uninstalled 3 times and installed 3 times, the service running the first time only, second try Error 1503
When the service runs in first time after installation the web application not works, that's why we need to restart the service.

I give up with Error 1503, not works, I reinstalled many times, fresh installs which were working well before, but since last week, without any action on my side the server stop to work. I will shut down the server by lack of ability to use the Traccar service. Maybe the next version the critical bug will fix.
Error 1503, I read all tickets about Error 1503 in the forum. I tried all the options. Traccar 4.8 version, OS Windows 2008 R2.
I tried also on CMD line java -jar tracker-server.jar conf/traccar.xml, not responding. Logfile empty. After the first time after installation worked, when service stopped never restarts, tried manually, automatic - nada
Not stable that Error 1503 issue
