how do I remove this buttons?

Hi, how do I remove "ADD" , "EDIT" and "DELETE" device buttons from the panel?

I would like to remove it by the code behind, I need the user use the "Command" and "Config" buttons normally, but not "ADD" , "EDIT" and "DELETE" device.

How can I remove it in the JS code ?
