ITC Protocol unable to convert..

Dear anton,

i have already added device with IMEI : 358980100027243 with port 5179 but still unable to convert data.. Please check this log string..

please let me know is it software side problem or device side..

is device sending wrong data..?

Hello,

It might be a problem from your end because I see data is being sent to the server but it is not decoding.
