Traccar does not show connected devices...

Hello everyone, I have traccar installed on windows server 2016, the same had been running smooth, more than nothing he stopped showing the connected devices, now all are disconnected.
Could someone give me a help?

Are sure they are configured correctly ? I see no HEX values are being shown over the log.

Are you using trackers or traccar client to collect the real time location?

As per Omar there is not enough information here to assist unless that is all you have in which case you need to dig further. Check firewall and try a connection with the traccar client app.

If you are using traccar client application then ensure the IP added is correct as this happened with me also before and when I checked IP was changed.

I'll suggest you to go over cmd and type ipconfig and check if the IP is same over your traccar client.
