Problem with protocol 5009 meiligao vt310

I have a problem with this device vt310 meiligao

So far, so good. I'm not sure if something is missing here, i believe not.

Mi device has been added to the server with id: 0078 but it remains as offline and last update still empty.

Am I missing something?

As far as I can tell from the log, everything is working correctly.

Thanks Anton, Any suggestions to find my issue ?

At this point, I'm a bit lost here.
I already set the IMEI as the deviceId, I already deleted and added it again, I change id from 0078 to 78, etc ... nothing seems to work.

Any suggestions are very welcome.
