HTTP SMS API error !

Hi ppl,
I have setup notification for HTTP SMS API but when I try to test it I get error message like this :
{"status":"fail","message":"Could not process request","data":{"exception":"Access Denied."}} - MessageException (HttpSmsClient:91 < NotificatorSms:55 < NotificationResource:63 < ...)

What can be the problem ?

The problem is Access Denied.

So if I understand right, I need to add that line in xml file with false value Anton ?
