Is automatic command sending possible?

Is it possible to send commands from traccar server automatically? I want to check if, for instance, it is possible to send a command to a gps device for exceeding speed limit.

I am also with the same doubt, in my case I need to compare the current speed with the (set speed limit - 5)

If the current speed is higher, I need to send an arm command to sound the horn.

Do you have any idea how it could be implemented?
