Tracking Device Question (China A9)

I send [3G*DEVICEIDENTIFIER*0007*MONITOR] as custom command but device nothing give a response. How can i see device responses? I try lot of commands on communication protocol doc. But nothing happend. Also device status changed "Unknown" approx 5 minute later. Not communicate periodicly with server. :(
Have you checked logs? Everything is there and you should check it first time BEFORE posting questions here.

Marcin, Yes I can. I am receiving binary raw data from the server, but I don't know the protocol. Earlier versions raw data were ASCII characters, almost all parameters was clear to understand.
This is example data from Trackimo:

ok then i will try when i complete device setup under traccar. I work under kid safety things and try to implement with traccar.
