TK206 OBD II instructions
You need to follow device manual to configure server IP address and port. Usually device is configured using specially formatted SMS messages.

I have the sim card on it it reads it because i downloaded the traccar app and it keeps updating i just dont know how to imput commands through sms i have the imei# and my sim card number but dont know how to set it up..

I know this is an old topic, but for the record (and because it ranks high on Google :-) I wanted to share my experience with this tracker. I just received the same tracker last week and used this manual to configure it:

The default settings are already fine to get started, so here's a quick start guide in order to change the bare minimum for use with Traccar. Send the following SMS's to the device. If you don't get an answer, your tracker might use a different protocol or your SIM card has a PIN code. In case it's the latter, disable it first by using a phone for instance. (You can't disable it while it's inside the tracker.) Also, initially I received a reply from the tracker within a couple of seconds, but at some point it took 2,5 hours! I hope this doesn't happen to you, but keep this in mind if you think it's not working.
- Set Admin number (your phone number). In the example below I've used 0123456789 as a placeholder.

- Set the APN (check with your SIM card provider for the correct one or Google it):

- Set the IP address and the port number that the tracker should send its updates to. Below I've used the IP for demo3.traccar.org and port number 5002.

That's it! By default, the frequency of the updates on my device are set to every 15 seconds and a message to indicate that the tracker is still online is sent every 5 minutes. If you want to change these defaults, check the manual. To check these (and the other) settings, you can send the following command:886#

Remember; when adding the tracker to Traccar, don't forget to enter only the last 11 digits of the IMEI as the identifier, preceded with a 0. So in our example, a tracker with IMEI 352801234567890 will have the identifier: 001234567890 (0 + 01234567890)

If instructions don't work for you, you need to contact device vendor and ask for support. You can also try to search forum and GitHub issues to see if someone already posted a solution.
I have just setup a TK206 OBDII with the following manual:

Its working fine.
When checking the Status command ( 902#) it reply's fine but also has listed one extra parameter as :
Listen : OFF
Question is does anyone know what the command to activate /deactivate this function would be ?...its not listed in any manual I can find.
