notifications

Hello guys,
i have setup twillo sms http gateway and its working and sending notifications to the admin`
I need further explanation on the workflow of notifications, my theory at first was that when a device is being registered in the system, there is a textbox where you input the phone number of the device

Now the setup of my traccar system is that i have installed the traccar client on an android device and thats what i will be using,

when i get notifications, i am instead getting those notifications on the phone number registered in admin

how can i get those notifications to be sent to the phone number used during device notifications.
