check clickatell.com, I did not try, but if you do then let us know how you did the interface.
I use https://www.smsbroadcast.com.au - they did give me access with a limited set of free SMS sends for testing - I then signed up. Had no issues at all.

Does anyone here know any smpp service provider that can give me maybe like a trial account first, i test it then after can purchase there packages.
Most probably an smpp company that can easily be intergrated with traccar
