Tracker for eBike with LTE Band20 (germany)

ediik5 years ago

Hi, i need a tracker for my eBike. All tracker i could find did not send over LTE.

Since they are shutting down 3g in the next future i need one with LTE.

Best would be if i can hide it under the skidplate of my bike. it should support 36v input so i can drive it directly of my ebike battery.

thank you!

Hm, that's a tough one. One of the only name-brand GPS device manufacturers that I know of which have e-bike trackers is Concox but none of theirs support LTE. Perhaps try emailing them to see if they'll have any with LTE soon?

4G is sometimes used as a marketing term but the most important thing to do is to ensure that the network bands/frequencies that the device supports is also supported by the mobile network operator you'll be using them on.

GSMArena is a good place to see which which bands are used in which countries: https://www.gsmarena.com/network-bands.php3

Then check with your network operator which bands they support and make sure they match up with the ones supported by the device. You may need to contact them directly to find out.
