is that the TAIP ID #? and yes my firewall is open
It's the TAIP ID. For my cradlepoint its the TAIP Vehicle ID
yes that's what mine says also. I put it in there but it is still saying offline.
Not sure what else is missing or not setup correctly. If you can setup a remote session for me to see it I may be able to pinpoint what's wrong. Otherwise not much I can do sorry.
Also, make sure "enable GPS Keepalive"? is checked.
