Hello,
I think the best way is to contact them directly if it's possible. They should send you what you need, if it exists
Hi Kenichi,
Thanks for the fast reply.
I tried Calamp support days ago and they asked me for the ESN of the devices. I sent it to them. They replied that the 2 ESNs that I sent to them were from another PULS customer which needed to authorise them move forward. I managed to get my customer to send the authorisation email to them, then they asked me for a signed NDA which my customer doesn't understand and is not willing to waste time on it. This customer has about 100 Calamp devices and is using the worst tracking software ever. I'm trying to convince him to move to Traccar.
See, there are no Calamp offices here in my country. Only some importers and they know zip about protocols and stuff. So I got stuck here. I'm counting on finding in this forum a good samaritan soul that can please give access to some documentation : ).
Are you sure that the status of the engine is included in the data sent by this gps?

Hi all, we want to use the Calamp devices with Traccar but it seems that the engine stop for Calamp is not implemented yet. I'd like to try to implement it but I have no documentation. Can anyone tell how I can get the protocol documentation for the LMU-2630, LMU-3030, LMU-800 devices? How can I get access to Calamp Wiki?
