User wise Reverse Geo-coding

Hi

I am using traccar server seems last two year. there are 2000+ device send data every 20 sec. There are many users not require address in reports but some users asking for address.
There are any possible way to Reverse Geocoding enables user wise.
Anyone suggest me best free Reverse Geo-coding server.

You can create your own database for storing the address of the location status(Because addresses are changed very long time so check this also). This can save you. Reading first from your own DB- if it is there, the address will be sent otherwise get the address from your third party sources and store that location address and return to the user.

But you need to optimize this case because the lat and long floating based number system digits.
