I have tried range combination of filters to achieve stopping jumping position when device is indoor. I have simple preference: Prefer wifi LBS in front of Cell Tower LBS. I have device with watch protocol. I am sending command to device which command device to send position every 20 seconds in three minute interval.
During execution time device position is jumping. It send sometimes position with wifi LBS or sometimes position only with cell tower LBS. Which combination of filters I have to use to stop jumping position during execution time when traccar server receive position with wifi LBS and ignore Cell Tower LBS positions? Is it possible?

You can probably filter by accuracy, but I don't think there's anything else you can do.
