install 4.5 version

Hi everybody... i was triying to install the linux-64-4.5 version on digital ocean following the steps listed in the documentation section (vps, but for version 3.16).. can anyone help me please and tell me the step by step to install the 4.5 version? im very new in ssh.. in fact im just learning now :P
