I need to know the IMEI number of GPS tracker that only have ID number

Hi people,

I bought a LK720 (H02 protocol) gps relay tracker device, the device work all OK with traccar manager and traccar web demo server

All right, but in my city it is legal mandatory to register the device with the IMEI number, if not in 30 days they block the device signal

 My device only has a label with a 10-digit ID number, but in the registry they only accept the 15-digit IMEI.

Someone will have the knowledge of how to decode the IMEI by the ID number, or by the connection with the traccar server.

I think it can be done with the HEX code but I do not have much knowledge and I do not know how to get the HEX code

I hope someone can help me before 30 days haha

I have the same problem my tk915 has signal blocked in my country and i not have the imei number, in the device only show the tkstar id number (10 digit), also i cant send sms command to get the imei because the device has bloqued, how i can get the imei number in this conditions? thank
