Having trouble starting the server after a default.xml change

I added the configuration for Twilio SMS to work, but after that the server wont start, it was working just fine, i even commented my changes and nothing happens.

This is my wrapper.log file, and my default.xml file

Why are you changing default config?

yes my bad, moved the config to traccar.xml, and changed a typo and now everything is working again, thank you Anton

Its not quite working, now im having issues logging in

Table 'traccar.tc_users' doesn't exist - MySQLSyntaxErrorException (... < QueryBuilder:421 < *:305 < DataManager:313 < PermissionsManager:436 < ...)

But the table name in my database is "users" and does not have a prefix "tc_", any idea about this error? am i missing something?
