Device doesn't send anything. That's the issue.
I tried with different device (same Device Type ET300) the behavior is the same. How can I test that the device? The device send me accurate location via SMS and IP and port is configured.
I have connect the device with Traccar demo5(IP 52.232.22.124) server on port 5023 can you check the log?

I am getting same issue, device showing offline not connecting with traccar, we are using ET300-BW08 device. We are getting response after sending the command to the device.

I have checked port 5045 is open in traccar server
ET300-BW08 successful connecting to other software there is no problem with device we have make sure but same we are trying to traccar server it is not working, device showing offline

I have connected My Device ET300 which is using gt06 protocol according to the documentation.
I connect device to 5023 Port and I have port forwarded and port is open.
However I receive nothing on the server device still offline.
device connected and disconnected messages shows in the log file.
What could be the issue?
