Set Timezone for the Devices

Hi Anton,
I have a question how to automatically set the timezone for the devices respect to their country location. As the default timezone 0 UTC but if I am in India, I have to add +5:30 hrs. How can I set the timezone in configuration file for all the timezones?

You don't need to set any timezones if device reports UTC time.

I have one more question that is I am having 350 running devices and the positions' reporting are being received to the server very late than the devicetime of the device like following one:

And I am getting with most of the devices having this problem. And when I checked the logs, I found some connection timeout. What I need to do? It is showing live location problem.
