how do i configure a url to forward to a redis?

Hello all,

I would like to forward the gps info to a redis server, I plan to use the forward option. I can get the data to mssql and can see the vehicles on the website. Will it be possible to forward to redis and sql?

If you can please provide an example of the url or a starting point to learn how to create the url.
