Do you have protocol documents of Helios?
connecting Helios to computer and changing server port does not allow you to use it on any server. it is encrypted and only Starcom Server can decrypt it.

do i need do someting more for use this cable like drivers or something like that
we have access to the server and we can send comands over the air and everything, but the problem we had a cable of configuration but stop working

All cable automatically install driver to PC. you not need to install driver separately.
Your cable has Prolific Chip not FTDI, so I think it might not work with Helios.
Also you can check about your cable chip in Device Manager. there should be NO Yellow Triangle in device manager.
you can try this connection-
White RS232(RX) Wire goes to Pin no. 3 of cable
RED RS232 (TX) Wire goes to Pin no. 2 of cable.
Black Ground goes to pin no. 5 of cable

If above not works, Try switching between RED and WHITE wires.
Does your cable was working before?
Do you have Helios User Manual? You can find pin out of Your Helios TT in manual.
Are you using your Helios on Starcom Server or any other server?

Starcom devices are encrypted. and data can be decoded only by there server. if you change server in your device Like OrangeGps server, they can not decode. If any have documentation of Starcom devices then it is possible to integrated starcom device on any server.
