IDD-213GD does not work
I have to mention that, i don't implement connection protocol between device and server. Maybe at first time, device should receive proper response from server to work correctly later? Am i correct? BTW now I am using your products as a backend server.
My device now is working properly. I just should be patient and also unblocked port 8082 and 5086 in firewall (add them in inbound rules) as other said before in this forum.

I have one of the IDD-213GD tracking devices. I configured it send data to my own IP. First time it worked fine, but after that when i plug it to power, its red led blinks several times and then turns off. Also i don't receive any data from it.
(device is not connected to car, it's just power up with adapter)
Any suggestion why it is not working?
