Traccar ver 4.3 on mac osx High Sierra 10.13.1

I unziped Traccar-other ver 4.3 on my mac osx High Sierra 10.13.1 Intel processor but can not working.
When I used this command java -jar tracker-server

My Terminal out is :

Apples-MacBook-Pro:traccar-other-4.3 apple$ java -jar tracker-server.jar

But when used another command java -jar tracker-server.jar
Terminal output is :

When I used this command

 java -jar tracker-server.jar conf

The traccar server create log file
Log file contain this :

If you get logs, it obviously proves that it is running.

Do not care about Log file because not past complete here.

My Traccar server not working because nothing loaded in http://localhost:8082
I see the web page as load but nothing appear in it.

If you dont share any console logs or server logs at this point, you make yourself almost impossible to get any kind of help. Your message looks more a complaint rather that a help request.

If you can see the web page load, but see "nothing", do you mean you could log in? Is your devices screen empty even when you have already add devices? What devices have you added?

Traccar server running now

The Server take a time to connect to cloudflare then like download something then start . It is take a long time.
The server must connected to internet. If the server not connected to internet first time will not working but after that working without connecting to internet,
