It usually means that your device hasn't reported location data. Possibly GPS device issue related to this:

Do you have a fix for this issue? The gps is sending the following date

2099-08-27 06:35:52 > gps date time which refer to 2019-04-12 14:35:51 > today date

That's a device issue.

I have the same problem with some equipment (GT06), they also report the year 2099.

I could have them continue sending position by modifying the filters. Only the date is incorrect and this affects the reports but the location is correct.
