Please tell me what will be exact time for device location devicetime or fixtime?

Which one is usable??

Fix time is GPS fix time. Device time can either be same as fix time, or it can be time when message was generated.

I want to use this to get Kilometer summary and get play back history?

So also show live location of vehicle?
