Geofence enter event don´t trigg

Hi
I have a lot of geofences(36) but not all trackers trigg an event(if all trackers triggs=5184 but i got only 3410 triggs),
for example this geofence "CIRCLE (55.6675 14.1860833333333, 40.0)"
This positions triggs enter:

'8507382', 'teltonika', '10', '2019-04-06 11:57:18', '2019-04-06 11:57:16', '2019-04-06 11:57:16', '1', '55.6672866', '14.1861116', '100', '52.3758', '13',

and this exit: 

'8507516', 'teltonika', '10', '2019-04-06 11:57:22', '2019-04-06 11:57:20', '2019-04-06 11:57:20', '1', '55.6680566', '14.186335', '102', '35.0972', '3',

But no one of this positions triggs(both is inside the geofence): 

'8511015', 'teltonika', '11', '2019-04-06 11:59:03', '2019-04-06 11:58:58', '2019-04-06 11:58:58', '1', '55.667115', '14.1860733', '86', '55.6156', '6'
'8511014', 'teltonika', '11', '2019-04-06 11:59:03', '2019-04-06 11:58:59', '2019-04-06 11:58:59', '1', '55.667385', '14.1861383', '89', '60.4752', '10'

Is there a way to log why ?
