Problem with the viewing of position

Hi, i have configurated the server (http://demo.traccar.org/) and client with the data that i find into this page:

My device (Nexus 5) send correctly the update ( Location update ) but i don't see the marker on map.

I have tried the same configuration (with the parameters of my computer) but the problem is the same.

You can help me?

What do you see status screen in the app? Also, what is your device id? Have you registered it on the server?

The status on app is "Location update".
The ID is 17018611 and i have registered on the server.

I don't see any messages from your device in the server logs. Are you sure there are no send errors on the status screen?

Server port: 5005
Frequancy: 30
Location provider: Network provider

It says right there "Send failed". Why are you using port 5005? It should be 5055.

I have changed with port 5055 but the response is the same. Server log is changed?

Try to clear app data and try again.

Nothing in the logs. Are you sure you haven't used original generated device id? If you did, it's cached and app would try to send data with original id and fail.

How can I send a picture?

Sure, but I don't know how it's going to help. Try to clear the data again and start service without changing any settings.
