So any idea why every so often the connectioon goes off. is there a way to get logs off the app please
App will upload data when connection when the connection is up.
ok is there a way to get the logs from the app to show connection was off and then on pls
problem I seen is the user is on a specific location and lets say that on the server the app has been showing as offline
so he just clicks on the app and the connection bounce back in life
which is why I am trying to understand what could be causing this behaviour

will the app work if the phone is connected to wireless please. There is also a 4G sim in but its set to connect to the wireless to save data when a wireless is available.
