send failed for samsung grand duos

Hi ,
I have installed Client to Samsung Grand Duos. But Status shows "Send failed "

Properly configured identifier to Local Host traccar Interface
Public IP has been set to own device
server port : 5055

Please advice

Check server logs (tracker-server.log) to see if there are messages from your device there.

-Traccar Server installed in Windows 10
-Internet is connected to server through a Router.
-Public IP address is shown as : 103.57.42.139 , set the same to traccar Client at Android Phone.

The port is closed. Are you sure you have public IP address? Also make sure that it's forwarded on the router and not blocked by firewall or anything else.

Hi , Just check , now i can see the device to the server.

But , When i am checking Traccar client: Status shows : Send Failed .
Is this a problem ?

Log file looks fine. Are you sure you are using correct server now?

Its working really fine Now.
Beside this test I like to know. Do , linux vesion has more functions than window server.
Also, Advice , How a real time tracking works.

Windows and Linux versions are absolutely identical.

Real time tracking uses WebSockets technology.
