Hi,
I'm looking for some assistance; I recently configured a Teltonika FM36M1 device to point to my own hosted traccar server using the Teltonika protocol as per documentation (port 5027)
The device seems to be functioning and sending data, but appears offline on the client. I have reviewed log files and searched the forum for a resolution, but as yet have been unsuccessful. Please see log data below - any help/guidance would be appreciated, thank you

I dont see any messages to port 5027
That's true, but the device is definitly pointed to 5027; in recent days it has connected and appeared online but only very briefly, with no change at all to the device or server config. Any ideas?
Try with another SIM card?
Reconfigure it.
Delete device from platform and add it again.
Thanks for the suggestions Ernesto - I have tried all of those steps multiple times with no success.
Is there a common reason why a device would seem to try different ports to that which it was configured to look for?
Router misconfiguration? Maybe you have routing rules that are wrong.
Hi Ernesto,
sorry for all the questions, would that be device config?
Has anybody had success with the FM36M1 device?
No problem, routing issues could be at server side. I have not used teltonika devices before.
I'm interested at this discussion. I own a FMB920 and I'd like to upgrade to FM36M1.
Did you solved the issue?
The issue was resolved when I changed SIM card from giffgaff to vodafone - so perhaps linked to APN settings, but I can confirm that FM36M1 works fine.
Good!
Thank you very much!
May I ask you if you can got CAN data via Traccar?
