Most likely units are not decoded correctly because documentation was lacking information about units.
If your device uses same protocol as device on the supported list, then it should work.
Hello Anton,
can you take a look at the documentation? https://drive.google.com/file/d/1YsMUIV77x_5GzL_dcRqpZ7bdr5zkVVZZ/view
Because i dont know if your supported device IDD-213G is using the same protocol as my device IDD-213L.
Looks like standard Sinocastel protocol.
Hi Richard, we have the same device but are struggling to get it to show online. Would you be able to assist to see of we have the device setting correct. Please let me know. Thanks.
Did it work for you, I am also planning to buy IDD-213L
Found the documentation for Sinocastel protocol, i had to buy a device to get this. None the less. Here it is https://drive.google.com/drive/u/1/folders/1UEH5wIqIF3xCS7wFvECuZV1DqGEjZ_3c
The obd version 213LU-L OBD tracker and 163 GPS tracker model. Both are here. Let me know if it is accessible.
Hello.
I've set up the traccar server as docker container and i am using the Sinocastel IDD-213L device. The data is coming, but i see some funny numbers, like fuel consumption of 730 l/h or sometimes 300l/h. I am definitely not flying an airplane :-) Also the odometer is showing wrong numbers.
And the status window inside the web interface shows me sometimes "result of the command: 262075211606117". Sometimes i see instead "status: 262656". Is there a documentation of the different status parameters?
My last question is, is the device fully integrated? I got the device since 1 week, if you need the protocol documentation, i can provide to you. Because i only see IDD-213G in the list (https://www.traccar.org/devices/).
Thank you!
Best regards
Richard
