Where's port 5143? Where do you see interaction?
I will set again the 5143 port to post data, now the device is configured with 5100. I saw just this information in the log file.

You said it's configured with port 5100 and then you provide a log showing port 5001. Doesn't make any sense to me. Please double-check everything yourself first to make sure what you are providing makes sense. Also, I would recommend to read troubleshooting guide again.
Thank you Anton, I will work more on that, the problem is, the device VT-200 is not sending data to server. No matter the port I configure. I tried many ports.
You might be either misconfiguring server IP/Domain in your device or have yet not activated GPRS data transmission. Take some minutes to read carefully device documentation and error will appear.
Hi,
I executed same test with 2 VT200, in both case I could not see data in log file.
I confirm all config in device and it is right. Do you have any feedback about this device working?
One general queston, I am considering that any message sent to device will be in log, Am I right?
I am trying to get VT200 connected using the port indicated in list (5143), but I could not see the device on in the map. I saw interaction from device to server but both are not talking.
I also notice that the interaction shown different ports, not just which I defined on the device. Anybody get the VT200 connected?
