How can I use the port listeners only, insert into variable and send it via url (http) to remote server?

But need for other insurance application which is not for tracking app like Traccar web application. Actually the app not have maps to show where is the car but need to store the coordinates for location.

In my case parsed data need to store different format to mySQL data base for each imei key of device into existing data base which created by the other application.

I created a notificator that sends to an specific url via post method to another server. This url is a firebase function that receives data and I manipulate it at will. Will that do for you?
