Change map marker when ignition is ON

Along with this we would also like to have the functionality of vehicle grouping on Map , when we zoom out it can be separated but when we zoom
in it must be clubbed together to show the total no of vehicles.

Currently, the marker of a device is green (when the server is receiving a data), orange when for some range of time did not receive any data and red when a few hours ago server received last data.
I want to make this a little bit different - make the marker on a map green only when the ignition is ON and for example blue when it is OFF. The other statuses (orange and red) are ok for me.
Is it doable?
