On your site under protocols you do have a file called ZhongXun Topin Locator Communication Protocol.pdf. However there is a difference between the one on your site and the one in the link :https://drive.google.com/open?id=12oa3b1QLAx1d7lys-n-XXmp5dDsloU1l . I think th zx620 only works with LBS positioning.
