I am on Traccar 4.2 and have the problem sighted in the screenshot. My devices keep jumping when parked. I have made the following changed to the traccar.xml file but with no luck.
<entry key='filter.enable'>true</entry>
<entry key="coordinates.filter">true</entry>
<entry key="coordinates.minError">50</entry>
<entry key='filter.maxSpeed'>108</entry>
What else would I need to do to fix this issue?

Does your device report those locations as valid? The error seems to be way too high for GPS.
Yes, every single location is valid as per the route report.
I don't think anything can be done with such huge errors.
