OBD Device
There's not a right answer.
When many obd devices do support those readings, many vehicles do not provide it just by plug and play. Devices requires configuration.
Some devices do configure to accept readings from different protocols, some others don't.
I would recommend you start with either queclink or meitrack devices, they do provide full documentation of the device and many configuration options. GPS Tracker is a very affordable device but with some unpredictable results.
About the opening doors, I doubt it.
