Traccar 4.1: Status = Offline

Is it planned for when the new update?
After recently upgrading from 3.17 to 4.1 all my devices show their status as "Offline" and are colored red, even though the "Last Update" is 0 or 1 minutes.
I am using the Osmand Protocol (http).
This was working fine with 3.17 - all clients which posted a recent update where shown as "Online" with the color green / yellow / orange depending on how long ago the update was....
Is this a bug or do I need to set a new parameter with 4.1 ?
