Hi Anton,

According to the release notes for Traccar 3.3 it is posible to use OpenCellID service. Is there any documentation for this functionality?

I haven't updated the documentation yet. All you need to do is to add a couple of extra parameters in the config:

    <entry key='location.enable'>true</entry>
    <entry key='location.key'>API KEY</entry>
    <entry key='location.mcc'>260</entry>
    <entry key='location.mnc'>2</entry>

key - is your OpenCellID api key
mcc - country code (optional)
mnc - network code (optional)

mcc and mnc are only required for some device that don't report those parameters.

Is there some requirements for data format that are sent by device?

Each protocol specifies its own format.
