Fifo Track A300 device protocol

Hello,
Here i have attached the protocol of the device,
FIFO A300 Protocol

The problem here is, The ad values are decoding as AD1 and AD2 getting values of battery voltage and input voltage.
Also RFID id or sensors values not getting. we are getting alarm that driver logged-in and logged-out, but there is no RFID number recording.

I found out when i connect the temperature sensor to the same device then it can read the rfid tag as well as sensor input.
