How have you opened the port?
Are there any firewall rules allowing traffic?

Port 5055 is open

Are you using Traccar Client?

Yes client android
And web

Web should be :8082 by default.

Are you trying to set up your device, or access the web server?

I can't connect to web with android through port 5055

Are you putting the port at the end of the server address/IP

Are you putting "HTTP://" at the beginning of the URL/IP

The server address should be like "HTTP://xx.xx.xx.xx:5055" or "HTTP://MyServerURL.Dom:5055"

If that's the only thing you got from there, then you haven't read it properly. Read it again and again until you know what the issue is.
