can't access web interface when I changed the port to be 80 instead of 8082

after changed the port to be 80 instead of 8082, it didn't open the web interface and stuck while loading the application,

Note: it works only when I press ctrl+F5 three times, and this is done every time I want to open the web interface.

Check browser developer console to see if there are any issue there.

Thanks a lot it works now, it seems it was security group issue in amazon EC instance :)
