When I configure WEB or Android APP to show my rides (distance, speed avg and max, time spent) it doesn`t not show any one that was later than 31.08.
When I select "routes" it shows on the map only places when I stopped for some times and connects them with absolutely straight lines, not actual routes. On the information screen below (where there are buttons "configure", "show" etc) there are listed GPS records, but there are no speed records as it is on the records before.
GPS device: GT-06
I did not change any setting via SMS on the device during last week minimum.
In russian: на сайте и в приложении на телефоне перестало показывать отчеты по поездкам начиная с 1го сентября. Последняя запись про поездку - вечером 31 августа, после этого, начиная с 1го сентября, никаких отчетов о поездках не отображается.
При выводе информации про маршруты все записи отображаются со скоростью 0 км/ч
Why do you think it's a server issue? Have you checked logs?
thanks, checked. Thought it is server does not accept something, but it was a bad connection on the physical on/off switch
