Teltonika FM1125 - Parse Serial Data (CODEC_12)

can you help me with nodejs how can i communicate with Fm1125 with nodejs server, i was trying to connect with open TCP/IP but device not able to send packages to server1 its show cann't send the periodic data GPRS is off
what thats meaning cann't send the periodic data GPRS is off
but when i try to another server2 with different ip and port to another server its communcated with device what should i do . but when i was ping from Browser its show log on server2 but when i try to connected with device its not ping anything to server

There is nothing I can do without documentation. Maybe someone can share it.
