The devices dont connect to traccar

I have a traccar server but the devices don´t connect,
I´m trying connect 2 cellphones and 1 Tk103 but that is not functioning.
my port is oppen, was confirmed in a traccar test (https://www.traccar.org/port-check/).
Someone can help me please?

I did it but I did not find the problem.
What else can I try?
The server don´t receives any data from device
