You need to provide full log fragment starting from "connected" message. Secondly, make sure that you copy full length of HEX. Currently it's cut at the end by your text editor.
Thanks for the answer Anton. The logs show me this....

2018-08-09 14:01:51 WARN: Unknown device - 013949003303792
I can't see connected message.
I have other devices but this is all I can see of that device.
Best Regards
Are you using UDP? Also, your device is clearly not registered in the system, so I'm not sure what you expect to see:
Unknown device - 013949003303792
I'm using tcp, and I create de device in the system, the deviceid I use is 013949003303792
If you are using TCP, then you will get "connection" message.
If you get "Unknown device", then it means that you haven't registered device correctly.
Double-check both of your claims.
Hi Anton, I check what you said, several times but I still get the same message. I think i misconfigured something but I don't know what is it.

2018-08-14 15:25:59 WARN: Unknown device - 013949003303792
I configure the tracker with meitrack parameter editor. I attach print screen
Hope You can help me fix this.
It still means the same thing. You haven't registered your device in Traccar.
Anton. I have 2 servers.
1)traccar
2)opengts with traccar integration
In the traccar server it works ok, but in the other nothing.
It could be possible that I have a database problem? With other data?
This MT90 has to function in the second server.
Depends on your Traccar configuration there might be an issue with leading zero. It has been discussed a while ago and there's already a fix for that. Please use search if you want to know more details.
Hello, I have a new tracker meitrack MT90, I've been reading that I have to configure in port 5020, but It doesn't.
I get this in the logs...
I hope someone can help me.
Best regards.
